Ordering

Direct purchases are completed at shop.nonsensedepot.com. Each product and checkout page shows the current price, options, destination eligibility, production estimate, shipping cost, and available payment methods. Selected products are also sold on Etsy under Etsy’s checkout and policies.

Made to order

Most products are made after you place an order. Production time is separate from carrier transit time, so check the estimate shown by the store where you order before a deadline or gift date.

Return eligibility

Return eligibility is shown before checkout and in the applicable store policy. Review it before ordering, especially for personalized items. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from the order, contact Nonsense Depot promptly with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Problems with an order

For a direct-store order, email info@nonsensedepot.com with the order number. For an Etsy purchase, use the Etsy order page so the conversation stays attached to that order.
