Ordering

All purchases are completed through Etsy. The individual listing and checkout page show the current price, product options, destination eligibility, production estimate, shipping cost, and estimated delivery window.

Made to order

Most products are made after you place an order. Production time is separate from carrier transit time, so please check Etsy’s estimate before ordering for a deadline or gift date.

Personalized goods

Please review names, dates, photos, and wording before submitting. Personalized and custom-made items may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Problems with an order

Use the Etsy order page to contact Nonsense Depot. Include the order number and clear photos when an item arrives damaged or incorrect so the issue can be reviewed quickly. The Etsy listing and shop policies govern each purchase.
